I believe that a good product should evoke emotion and age well,
giving its owner the desire to keep it for as long as possible.
Without unnecessary frills but meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail,
with the lowest possible environmental impact.
After 25 years of experience, I still consider myself a lifelong learner,
primarily by observing and listening to users
